“ The body doesn't lie. ”
Today Cortney Ostrosky joins us from beautiful Charleston, South Carolina to chat about her own life’s experiences and the eye-opening discoveries that come from getting to know oneself. Cortney discusses her journey to becoming a yoga teacher and all that she incurred from both a physical, spiritual, and emotional perspective along the way. We then go on to discuss Cortney’s studies of Human Design and the various ways it can be used as a tool to getting to know yourself and ditching the need to fit inside a box that may not be yours. Throughout the episode we also talk about the power of celebrating one another, trusting in your body, and the divine feminine.
